• Do you deliver jewelry within Kazakhstan and to other countries?

  We deliver our brand’s jewelry throughout Kazakhstan via courier services. International delivery is also available, with terms and costs discussed in detail when placing an order.

• How long does jewelry delivery take?

  Delivery times depend on the region: within Kazakhstan, it usually takes 2 to 5 business days; international delivery generally takes 7 to 14 days, depending on the destination country and the chosen delivery method.

• Is it possible to resize jewelry after purchase, such as rings, bracelets, or chains?

  At the client’s request, our jewelers can resize almost all of these items. To do this, you must visit our service center or salon and bring the jewelry along with its certificate. This is a mandatory requirement.

• Do you create custom jewelry?

  Yes, we accept custom orders. Clients can either design and sketch the future piece themselves or entrust this to our qualified specialists, who will assist at every stage — from concept development to the finished piece.

• How should I care for jewelry to maintain its shine?

  Avoid contact with harsh household chemicals, store each item separately in a dry place, regularly wipe with a soft cloth, and occasionally have it professionally cleaned.

• What if the jewelry doesn’t fit or has a defect?

  We strictly control product quality, but if you have any claims, you may return or exchange the jewelry in accordance with our return policy.

  Yes, we accept online payments by bank cards and through popular payment systems.
